Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Manager to guide the community through its beta phase and ensure a successful launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute community engagement and programming during the beta and pre-launch phase
  • Guide members through a seamless beta experience, ensuring effective onboarding and communication
  • Operationalize feedback loops between the community and internal teams to inform product decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a community building role, preferably in real estate or with entrepreneurs
  • Proven success in launching and managing online communities
  • Experience in leading programs with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with community management platforms and marketing tools
  • Strong project management and prioritization abilities
