Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Manager to grow and manage both B2B and B2C communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage the community ambassador program, focusing on recruitment and quality maintenance
- Curate and grow a library of community resources and artifacts to support user engagement
- Track community health and engagement metrics to inform decisions and improve user experience
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and nurturing B2B and B2C online communities
- Direct experience with community ambassador or advocacy programs
- Experience managing large communities (10K+ members) and related moderation systems
- Familiarity with community engagement and education programs that drive user retention
- Strong data literacy to define and interpret community metrics
