Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Manager to grow and manage both B2B and B2C communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, launch, and manage the community ambassador program, focusing on recruitment and quality maintenance
  • Curate and grow a library of community resources and artifacts to support user engagement
  • Track community health and engagement metrics to inform decisions and improve user experience
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in building and nurturing B2B and B2C online communities
  • Direct experience with community ambassador or advocacy programs
  • Experience managing large communities (10K+ members) and related moderation systems
  • Familiarity with community engagement and education programs that drive user retention
  • Strong data literacy to define and interpret community metrics
