Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Manager I.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with consumers on owned social media platforms
- Develop agile marketing content and provide guidance on social copywriting best practices
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to support social media initiatives and brand activations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, PR, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Copywriting/editing experience for social content and general engagement
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Sprinklr is required
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus; childcare experience is also a nice to have
