Job Summary
To support a new community initiative, the full-time remote Community Manager will launch and operate the community home, develop content programming, and foster engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and operate the community home, evolving the practical community experience and workflows
- Own the community content and programming initiative, developing and executing an editorial calendar
- Lead community onboarding initiatives and synthesize customer interactions into actionable follow-ups
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in community management, preferably in SaaS or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical products
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools to scale community operations
- Skilled in writing and editing engaging content across product teams
- Comfortable owning initiatives from ideation through measurement and iteration
