Job Summary

To support a new community initiative, the full-time remote Community Manager will launch and operate the community home, develop content programming, and foster engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Launch and operate the community home, evolving the practical community experience and workflows
  • Own the community content and programming initiative, developing and executing an editorial calendar
  • Lead community onboarding initiatives and synthesize customer interactions into actionable follow-ups
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in community management, preferably in SaaS or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical products
  • Familiarity with automation and AI tools to scale community operations
  • Skilled in writing and editing engaging content across product teams
  • Comfortable owning initiatives from ideation through measurement and iteration
