Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing strategies for authentic user interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community channels
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, including posting and response strategies
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and LLM citation practices
• Ability to create engaging content that resonates with audiences in traditionally "boring" categories
• Experience building and managing online communities effectively
• Proven track record of fostering authentic user trust and engagement
