Building and growing Jerry's organic presence across key channels, the full-time remote Community Manager will engage authentically with users on platforms like Reddit, Quora, and TikTok while developing strategies to foster trust and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on platforms where customers engage
• Develop a playbook for community interaction, including posting and engagement strategies
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in regulated industries
• Experience in building authentic online communities
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term organic trust building
