To build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels, the full-time remote Community Manager will engage with users on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, developing strategies to foster authentic community interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on key social platforms where customers engage
• Develop a community engagement playbook outlining best practices for posting and responding
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and content strategies that resonate with target audiences
• Proven ability to create engaging content that humanizes complex topics
• Experience in building and nurturing online communities across various platforms
• Ability to develop long-term strategies focused on organic trust and engagement
