Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing strategies to foster authentic user interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining when to post, reply, or remain silent
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy and growth

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to make complex topics relatable and engaging
• A strategic mindset focused on building sustainable community systems
• Ability to communicate authentically and effectively across various social platforms
