To build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels, the full-time remote Community Manager will develop engagement strategies, manage community interactions, and create content that resonates authentically with users on platforms like Reddit, Quora, and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on key social platforms
• Develop a playbook for community engagement and interaction
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in regulated categories
• Experience building and managing active online communities
• Ability to communicate authentically without corporate jargon
