Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, and TikTok, while developing strategies for authentic user interaction and community trust.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on key community platforms
• Develop a playbook for engagement strategies tailored to each community
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy
• Ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences
• Experience in building and managing online communities
• Proven track record of fostering authentic user relationships
