Job Summary

Managing day-to-day content publishing and community interactions, the full-time Community Manager will engage with audiences across social media platforms, track performance metrics, and identify trend opportunities while working remotely from Toronto, Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage content publishing across various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Monitor platforms for emerging trends and manage community interactions by responding to comments and discussions
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to inform content decisions and optimize community engagement
Required qualifications
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and communities
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Sprinklr, and content management systems like WordPress
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to social media management and community engagement
  • Experience engaging public sector or advocacy audiences is an advantage
