Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing strategies to foster authentic interactions and trust with users.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community platforms
• Develop a playbook for engagement strategies tailored to each platform
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to engage audiences in consumer-facing or regulated categories
• Experience in creating authentic and relatable content
• Strategic mindset with a focus on building sustainable community trust
