Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Manager will build Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, and TikTok, developing strategies to foster authentic interactions and grow active communities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining strategies for posting, replying, and interacting
• Measure community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic to assess engagement effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to make complex topics relatable and engaging
• Experience building systems for community engagement rather than relying solely on trends
• A genuine, authentic writing style that resonates with diverse online communities
