Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing strategies to foster active, trusted communities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on key social media channels
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, detailing when to post, reply, or remain silent
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to communicate authentically in consumer-facing categories
• Experience in building systems for community engagement rather than relying solely on trends
• Ability to create content that resonates and feels human in regulated industries
