Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time Community Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing strategies for authentic interaction and content engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key social channels where customers congregate
• Develop a community engagement playbook detailing strategies for posting and responding
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how to leverage AI for community engagement
• Proven ability to create authentic and relatable content in regulated industries
• Experience in building and managing active online communities
• A strategic mindset focused on long-term organic trust over quick wins
