Community Manager

Job Summary

To build and grow an international community for innovative tech products, the full-time Community Manager will collaborate with moderators and users, develop community guidelines, and engage across platforms like Reddit and Discord in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and improve moderation processes with volunteer moderators
• Develop community guidelines, moderation policies, and internal playbooks
• Engage with users across Reddit and Discord, facilitating healthy discussions and collecting product feedback

Required qualifications:

• Experience managing online communities on platforms such as Reddit or Discord
• Fluent in both English and Russian
• Experience building engagement and working directly with online communities
• Ability to communicate with empathy and remain calm in difficult situations
• Genuine interest in technology and consumer products
