Job Summary
To support a dynamic project management department, the remote Community Manager will build and sustain a global community of educators while managing engagement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams during PST hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the community and internal product teams, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development
- Develop and execute community engagement initiatives, campaigns, and programs to enhance resource adoption and implementation in classrooms
- Create and curate educational resources and communications that empower educators to effectively utilize the product in diverse environments
Required qualifications:
- Experience building and managing online communities, fostering engagement, and facilitating discussions
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging educators and translating feedback into actionable insights
- Knowledge of the platform's application in teaching, learning, and collaboration
- Ability to analyze community feedback and provide strategic recommendations for product improvement
- Proven project management skills, including planning initiatives and coordinating events across global teams
