To maintain and grow engaged communities for diamond lovers in the USA, the remote Community Manager will monitor social media discussions, engage with users, and track engagement metrics on various platforms over a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage social media discussion threads across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Engage with the community by answering questions and initiating deeper conversations
• Track engagement metrics and community sentiment to inform content and strategy

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media or online communities
• Strong written communication skills with an adaptable tone of voice
• Interest or knowledge of diamonds, fine jewelry, or luxury lifestyle content
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite and Sprout
• Experience in reporting and capturing insights into project progress
