To support a growing community of diamond enthusiasts in the USA, the part-time Community Manager will monitor and manage social media discussions, engage with users, and track engagement metrics in a remote, 12-month fixed-term contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage social media discussion threads across various platforms
• Engage with the community by answering questions and facilitating deeper conversations
• Track engagement metrics and community sentiment to inform content and strategy

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media or online communities
• Strong written communication skills with an adaptable tone of voice
• Interest or knowledge of diamonds, fine jewellery, or luxury lifestyle content
• Experience with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite or Sprout
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
