Job Summary
Owning the voice of MyTruv's consumer app, the hourly Community Manager will manage content and engagement across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, nurturing a growing community while responding to comments and direct messages in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Own content creation and posting across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence
- Grow and nurture the community by establishing tone and rituals that foster engagement
- Act as the front-line voice in comments and DMs, responding quickly and on-brand to convert commenters into users
Required qualifications
- Native English speaker with a strong sense of tone and timing
- Proactive and self-driven, with a demonstrated ability to grow social channels or communities
- Comfortable creating short-form video content and engaging with audiences online
- Knowledgeable about personal finance topics
- Preferred experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments, or coordinating user-generated content (UGC)
