Job Summary
To drive community engagement and content creation for clients, the full-time Community Manager will execute social-first strategies across platforms while monitoring trends and fostering relationships with audiences, with options for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute best-in-class social media content across various platforms
- Engage and grow the community by responding in brand voice and tapping into cultural moments
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to produce innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role focused on content creation and community engagement
- Experience managing and growing a social media presence for a large B2C brand
- Previous agency experience managing client accounts is required
- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
