Community Manager

Job Summary

To nurture and grow online communities, the full-time remote Community Manager will manage daily interactions across platforms, develop engagement initiatives, and moderate community spaces while collaborating with various teams to align activities with brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily interactions within online communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Discord, and Facebook Groups
• Develop and execute engagement initiatives including Q&As, polls, challenges, and community events
• Track and report on community metrics including engagement rates, member growth, and sentiment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or social media
• Experience building and moderating online communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, or Facebook Groups
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a genuine passion for community building
• Ability to manage multiple community channels simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency
• Familiarity with community analytics and social listening tools
