Job Summary
To support and expand a community of over 1 million professional software testers, the full-time Community Manager will identify and recruit participants for customer requests, enhance the tester experience, and contribute to brand awareness, working remotely from the greater New York City metropolitan area.

- Defining and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Providing engaging content for social media accounts and responding to community inquiries
- Building relationships with testers and industry professionals while organizing events to boost brand awareness
