Job Summary
To support the growth of a vibrant online community, the full-time Community Manager, AECO will engage with industry professionals, manage social media interactions, and collaborate on content creation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the humanized voice of the Trimble Brand across key social platforms, providing engaging content and messaging
- Engage in meaningful conversations with industry professionals and manage two-way communications with Trimble users
- Collaborate with content teams to create community-first content that translates complex technology updates
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media and online community management for a B2B SaaS organization or media agency
- Deep familiarity with visual storytelling platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into engaging, human-centric copy
- Experience using analytics platforms to measure community engagement ROI
- Knowledge of AECO industry terminology and workflows, including BIM and CAD
