Community Manager Florida

Job Summary

Acting as the primary point of contact in the Tampa Bay area, the full-time Gulf Coast Community Manager will engage with community leaders, promote ADL's mission, and cultivate partnerships while working remotely and spending significant time in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the spokesperson for ADL Florida, promoting public awareness and engaging with community partners
• Build and maintain relationships with Jewish and non-Jewish organizations to combat antisemitism and promote programming opportunities
• Manage community-focused communications and track relevant issues, providing updates to regional staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Several years of experience in community engagement and relationship cultivation
• Knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and its non-profit and community organizations is a plus
• Comfort with public speaking and engaging diverse audiences
