Community Manager for Parents

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Duolingo Math Parent Community, the part-time contract Community Manager for Parents will develop and execute strategies for a public Facebook group, curate a private Inner Circle for product feedback, and manage community health and engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth plan for the public community, including acquisition channels and content strategy
• Curate the Inner Circle for high-signal feedback and manage participant recruitment and engagement
• Operate community health by managing feedback loops and producing structured community signal reports for various teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community management, audience development, or growth marketing
• Strong editorial skills with the ability to create engaging content for parents
• Experience building moderation systems and ambassador programs at scale
• Ability to translate qualitative feedback into actionable insights for product and marketing
• Sound judgment in community moderation, particularly in parent and family contexts
