Job Summary
Seeking a highly active and responsive Community Manager for Reddit and Discord, this part-time remote contractor role will manage and grow the StudyFetch communities, engaging with users and fostering participation through conversations and activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an active presence on StudyFetch's Discord and Reddit platforms
- Engage with community members through posts, discussions, and replies to foster a friendly environment
- Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and attract new users to the community
Required qualifications
- Previous experience managing or growing online communities, particularly on Discord and Reddit
- Strong understanding of Reddit culture and Discord community dynamics
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and work independently
- Experience in student, education, tech, or Gen Z communities is a plus
- Comfortable with daily user interactions and keeping conversations active
