Job Summary

Community Manager - Japan is a part-time role responsible for building and growing the local community ecosystem by cultivating relationships with users and advocates, supporting community-led events, and activating local ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a focused country-level community plan aligned with global direction
  • Identify, recruit, and support local ambassadors who can educate users and represent the community
  • Enable ambassadors and partners with resources, guidance, and ongoing support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in community building, creator platforms, SaaS, or education-led products
  • Ability to drive outcomes through relationships
  • Comfortable working independently with clarity of scope and flexible engagement
  • Experience running events or programs at scale is a plus
  • Familiarity with partnerships in the creator ecosystem is advantageous
