Job Summary
Seeking a fractional, part-time Community Manager & SEO/GEO/AEO Content Writer, the successful candidate will manage Sparq's corporate LinkedIn presence, develop content strategies, and write optimized content to enhance search rankings and AI visibility, all while working remotely for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute a content calendar for Sparq's LinkedIn page, managing engagement and performance tracking
- Develop outreach strategies to engage clients, prospects, and industry influencers while identifying content opportunities
- Write and optimize various content formats for SEO and AI citation, collaborating with the marketing team on research and content gaps
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media, community management, and/or B2B content marketing with LinkedIn expertise
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with GEO/AEO concepts
- Excellent writing skills across different content types, including LinkedIn posts and blog articles
- Experience or strong interest in B2B tech, software consulting, or professional services
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong desire to develop fluency in modern content workflows
