A company is looking for a Community Marketing Manager - AMA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the success of the AMA program through effective communication and marketing strategies
• Develop and execute communication plans and marketing campaigns to promote AMAs
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and provide regular reports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth program management or marketing management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Passion and understanding of Reddit and its communities is a must
