A company is looking for a Community Moderator to support the launch phase of a new RPG Crawler Mobile Dungeon.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate the community to ensure a safe and respectful environment
• Engage with the community to initiate conversations and encourage interaction
• Respond to community inquiries and feedback, escalating issues when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support for a free-to-play game
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy and confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with community members
• Ability to work independently
• Interest in games or technology
