A company is looking for a Community Operations Lead to scale and streamline community operations in Web3.

Qualifications:

• Experience in scaling distributed community teams and executing events
• Familiarity with crypto and Web3 culture, including community tooling
• Operational rigor with a focus on tracking impact and optimizing engagement
• Proficient in Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, and async collaboration tools
