Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in agile release cycles, contributing to software development
  • Experience serving customers, preferably in a community setting
  • Familiarity with platforms like Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence Cloud is preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage vendor relationships
