Community Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Operations Specialist to support community engagement and technical assistance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with creators and provide guidance on designing and building games
• Maintain and grow a healthy community by addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and moderating discussions
• Provide technical support and collaborate with events managers to enhance community relations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or engagement
• 3+ years of experience with user-generated content (UGC) games
• 1+ year of familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience with 2D and 3D game development using typescript and 3D assets
