Community Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day integrity operations and enforce client integrity policies
• Improve operations by conducting root cause analyses and identifying areas of opportunity
• Triage escalations and manage project timelines while supporting new product launches

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in project management and operations support
• Proficient in data tools and advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience with escalation management and working with cross-functional partners
• Prior experience with content or community moderation is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
