Community Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

Guiding families through the RSVP process for community education events, the full-time on-site Community Outreach Coordinator will create positive experiences, foster excitement, and maintain attendee information in Salesforce while supporting event coordination efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective attendees to facilitate smooth event registration and enhance their confidence in planning ahead
• Share event details enthusiastically to build interest and ensure a welcoming RSVP process
• Organize and update attendee information in Salesforce to support follow-up efforts and ensure accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
• Customer service or call center experience with a genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and energize clients
• High attention to detail and comfort navigating tech tools like Salesforce and MS Office
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
