Job Summary

Engaging prospective patients, the full-time Community Outreach Sales Representative (Patient Engagement Specialist) will conduct high-volume outreach, educate patients on care benefits, and drive enrollment in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective patients through consultative conversations and creative engagement strategies
  • Communicate the value of services, address questions, and overcome enrollment barriers to drive patient engagement
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective patients, track outreach activities, and coordinate initial appointments for a seamless onboarding experience
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare, patient-oriented position
  • 1 year of experience in providing customer service
  • Sales experience with a history of achieving sales goals/metrics preferred
  • Appointment scheduling experience
  • CNA/MA background or call center experience is a plus
