Key Responsibilities

• Execute community partnership strategy and business plan to meet sales goals and enrollment targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to foster referral partnerships
• Monitor referral data and industry trends to refine outreach strategies and improve effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in healthcare outreach, sales, account management, or partnerships
• At least 2 years of project management experience with a partnership aspect
• Existing relationships with behavioral health providers and healthcare systems
• Consistent access to a private work environment suitable for remote work
