Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Outreach Specialist to engage with eligible members and facilitate their access to care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume telephonic outreach to introduce members to the care model and services
• Execute a warm handoff to Community Guides after member engagement and enrollment
• Document member interactions and manage outreach activities using the technology platform

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate empathetically over the phone
• Strong goal orientation with a proven track record of meeting outreach or enrollment targets
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Proficiency in technology and basic software applications like Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
