Community Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing ticket marketplace, the part-time contract Community Outreach Specialist will engage with season ticket holders in online communities, fostering genuine relationships and introducing them to the Lysted app.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage with Facebook groups, Reddit communities, and forums where season ticket holders are active
• Build authentic relationships and follow up with interested prospects to guide them through the app onboarding process
• Report weekly on outreach activities, responses, and results while exploring new communities and channels for engagement

Required qualifications

• Natural ability to engage and converse with strangers online
• Active user familiar with community platforms like Facebook and Reddit
• Excellent written communication skills that reflect a personal touch
• Self-directed and organized, capable of managing outreach independently
• Genuine interest in sports, live events, or the ticket resale industry is a strong plus
