Job Summary
To lead regional B2B partnership strategies across Colorado, the full-time remote Community Partnerships Manager will build relationships with healthcare executives and organizations, manage institutional partnerships, and stay informed on local healthcare trends.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in Colorado health systems and organizations to present Boulder Care's value proposition
- Develop and execute regional account plans while managing ongoing relationships to ensure high satisfaction and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Represent Boulder Care at healthcare conferences and forums, staying ahead of Colorado-specific healthcare trends
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of B2B account management experience in the healthcare sector or community-based organizations
- Proven ability to influence organizations to adopt new systems without relying on financial leverage
- Deep understanding of value-based care and population health, including ACOs and CINs operations
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with experience engaging executives and community leaders
- Comfort with coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed partnership environment
