Community Partnerships Manager
Job Summary
To support a community-based book distribution initiative, the contract Community Partnerships Manager will identify, secure, and manage relationships with anchor partner organizations in the Atlanta area to ensure books reach families at no cost, working remotely through the project's duration from September to December 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize 5-10 anchor partner organizations for book distribution
- Initiate and manage partner relationships from first contact through delivery and follow-up
- Collect distribution feedback and impact data from partners at the close of the pilot
Required qualifications
- An existing network in Atlanta's early childhood, children's literacy, or family services ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience building and managing community or institutional partnerships
- High-touch relationship style with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver within a defined project timeline
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
