Community Philanthropy Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of integrated fundraising campaigns, the full-time Community Philanthropy Manager will provide operational support for direct and digital fundraising strategies, oversee project management, and collaborate with various teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage integrated fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, email appeals, and social media fundraising
• Create segmentation strategies to enhance donor participation and engagement
• Lead project management for fundraising campaigns using Asana, ensuring timely delivery of all campaign materials

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of direct response marketing experience in an agency, nonprofit, or higher education setting
• Proven track record in fundraising with individual gifts and knowledge of direct marketing best practices
• Experience with digital tools, including email marketing and SMS/mobile giving platforms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data segmentation and familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with fundraising software, preferably Salesforce, and ability to create HTML/emails across various platforms
