Community Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of Airtable's customer community programs, the full-time contract Community Program Manager will scale user groups, drive community engagement, and improve operational foundations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Scale Airtable Builder Crews by recruiting and supporting leaders and developing operational processes for events
• Drive community engagement through initiatives that foster customer learning and participation across various platforms
• Improve community operations by managing documentation, workflows, and identifying automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in community management, customer programs, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling community programs, such as user groups or advocacy initiatives
• Proven track record of using AI to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
• Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring program performance and using insights for decision-making
