Community Program Manager

Job Summary

To support community engagement initiatives, the full-time Community Program Manager will drive growth and retention in the Client Live community, manage a gated Discord experience, and develop scalable onboarding and engagement strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth, engagement, and retention across the Client Live community and Discord pilot
• Create programs that encourage seller participation, peer-to-peer learning, and community growth
• Plan and execute virtual events that provide meaningful value to Client Live sellers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and managing online communities or customer programs
• Proven success in developing engagement strategies that drive participation and retention
• Hands-on experience managing communities on platforms such as Discord, Slack, or Facebook Groups
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience planning and executing virtual events and engagement programs
