Community Programs Coordinator

Job Summary

To support community initiatives, the full-time Community Programs Coordinator will manage the execution of programs and engagement initiatives remotely, ensuring a high-quality experience for members while driving participation and tracking outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute specific Community programs end-to-end, coordinating logistics and communications to ensure member satisfaction
• Launch and facilitate new MDS Squads, establishing structure and momentum for long-term success
• Build relationships with members and conduct outreach to enhance engagement and participation in community initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse personalities
• Proactive and self-directed, with a proven ability to manage outreach and track interactions independently
• Experience facilitating group dynamics and leading conversations in a structured manner
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple relationships and programs simultaneously
• Valid US Visa required for occasional travel to US-based events
