Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community & Creator Programs Lead to manage and scale community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Firestarters community, ensuring active engagement and feedback collection
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creators through the Ambassador program, coordinating content creation and rewards
• Oversee the self-serve Affiliate program, ensuring smooth operations and quality referrals while identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management, DevRel, or creator partnerships
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously without compromising quality
• Experience working with creator, influencer, or developer communities in a technical context
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes
• Background in community building or partnerships at a developer-focused company or related field
