Community Programs Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Programs Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the provider network in Reno and surrounding areas
• Participate in business strategy development and direct cross-functional teams for Clinically Integrated Networks
• Drive program design and implementation to enhance quality and affordability in healthcare services

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a managed care organization or health insurer, or in a network/contract management role
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis
• 3+ years of experience with facility/ancillary contract loading and auditing
• 2+ years of project management or project lead experience
• Expertise in physician/facility/ancillary contract reimbursement methodologies
