Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Programs Manager to enhance customer engagement and community building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a community engagement strategy tailored to user adoption stages and motivations
  • Segment community journeys and craft tailored experiences for different user cohorts
  • Develop and manage community programs, including user groups and hackathons, to drive user value and advocacy
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in community management, developer relations, or customer advocacy in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success managing Slack/Discord communities and Q&A/forum platforms
  • Strong program management and facilitation skills for running community events and campaigns
  • Experience with community and marketing analytics tools to inform decision-making
  • Familiarity with observability, security, or IT operations, and knowledge of related products
