Community Recovery Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of long-term recovery programming, the full-time Community Recovery Senior Manager will work remotely to support community mobilization, workforce development, and effective program delivery in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop sustainable programming aligned with community recovery needs during the long-term recovery phase
• Collaborate with stakeholders to recruit, train, and engage a skilled volunteer workforce for community recovery efforts
• Support the transition from disaster response to long-term recovery operations through community needs assessments and program integration

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in community outreach, volunteer engagement, and disaster response/recovery
• Familiarity with long-term recovery programs and disaster case management processes
• Experience in program design and delivery, including training development
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
